How listings get here
We pull publicly available business data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and operating hours, from public sources. We also synthesise recent Google reviews to produce a sentiment summary for each listing. We do not republish review text word-for-word, and we link directly to each business’s Google profile so you can read the original reviews yourself.
Every listing carries a “last verified” date stamp so you can see exactly when its information was last checked. Data across the directory is refreshed on a monthly cycle.
How rankings work
Rankings are produced from a published rubric that weighs factors like review volume, recency, sentiment, and profile completeness. You can read the full criteria on our methodology page. Scores are calculated from data alone. No human editor adjusts a ranking based on personal preference, business relationships, or payments.
Sponsorship
Some pages carry sponsored placements. These are always labelled clearly as “Sponsored” and are displayed in a separate section, apart from the earned rankings. A sponsored business does not move up or down the ranked list because of its sponsorship. Its score and position remain exactly what the data produces.
Correcting your listing
If you own or manage a listed business and spot a factual error, such as a wrong address, phone number, or trading name, contact us and we will fix it. What a business cannot do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. Those are determined entirely by the rubric and the data behind it.
